We are seeking an experienced CSSC Application Engineer to join our CSSC Backoffice Water Utility team. This position reports directly to the CSSC Supervisor and may be based at either our facility in Brookshire, TX, or our office in Monterrey, N.L., Mexico. The Application Engineer will provide timely and effective technical advice to incoming inquiries and deliver World Class Customer Experience.

Provide technical assistance to customers regarding product sizing, applications, system solutions, and installations. Follow up on customer interactions within set service level agreements. Process special orders and inquiries, support sales teams by handling tenders and projects, identify business opportunities, and ensure customer master data is updated.
