This role is responsible for supporting customers post-sale on business information solutions to drive adoption, retention, and brand loyalty. The Associate Customer Success Manager provides consultative onboarding, customer training, presentations, and campaigns, collaborating with sales and product teams to optimize solution use aligned to customer needs and success metrics. The position is fully remote within the US, requires minimal travel, and emphasizes a collaborative team environment with focus on building strong internal and external relationships. - Provide post-sales support on business information solutions within assigned accounts. - Drive product adoption and utilization. - Conduct consultative onboarding and solution use optimization. - Deliver customer training, presentations, and manage dormant user campaigns. - Introduce new products and content. - Identify and share sales leads and opportunities. - Liaise with Product and Segment teams. - Utilize required tools and processes effectively.
