The Binance Accelerator Program is a concise 3-6 months internship designed to provide an immersive experience in the rapidly expanding Web3 space. Participants will experience life at Binance and understand the workings behind the world’s leading blockchain ecosystem while focusing on networking and professional development to expand their skills and networks. This role is offered under a junior fixed-term contract for current Bachelor's students able to commit 5 days a week for 6 months. The role resides within the Central Product Team which innovates and optimizes user experience across Binance’s global ecosystem. Responsibilities include evaluating product functionality and user processes, reporting insights from a user perspective to improve UX, and assisting new users with onboarding issues. Requirements involve advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Project, Visio), strong work ethic, attention to detail, excellent writing and communication skills, effective collaboration across teams, customer service awareness, and bilingual fluency in English and Mandarin to coordinate with global partners.
