About the Role Title: Business Development Associate - CA Remote Opportunity Location: Remote (US National) Amynta Group, specifically through its growing Builders & Tradesman Insurance Services, Inc. (BTIS) division, is seeking an experienced Business Development Associate. This is a nationwide wholesale insurance company based in Rocklin, California, offering a fully remote, full-time role in business development and sales within the insurance sector. You will be a commercial insurance product specialist, helping to grow the customer base by educating clients on products and ensuring their needs are addressed with effective product solutions. The role entails client engagement, ongoing relationship management, being up-to-date with industry trends, contributing to marketing content, analyzing sales data, and ensuring stellar customer service in all aspects. This position includes comprehensive benefits (health, dental, vision, 401(k)), paid holidays and vacation, and eligibility for major industry training and professional development.
Responsibilities
Engage with customers through phone, email, chat, webinars, and tradeshows. Build and maintain client relationships, aiming to increase sales and provide superior customer service. Educate clients on commercial insurance products and available technologies. Participate in business development activities: sales calls, trade shows, seminars, and presentations. Develop and update marketing literature and website content. Identify market trends and new business opportunities. Analyze corporate and sales data; generate reports. Coordinate with team members to improve sales strategies. Resolve client complaints and keep databases updated. Pursue continuing education to stay abreast of industry trends.
