As Business Development Manager, Channel Development, you will drive outbound partner development, Go to Market execution, and revenue growth across QuickNode's strategic partner ecosystem—including technology partners, consultants, platform integrators, and infrastructure resellers. The role involves building repeatable motions powering channel strategy, sourcing high-impact opportunities, launching new partnerships, and delivering measurable pipeline. You report to the Head of Solutions & Channel Partnerships and collaborate cross-functionally with Solutions Engineering, Product Marketing, and Revenue Operations.
Responsibilities
- Source, close, and grow strategic channel partnerships driving partner-sourced or influenced revenue. - Define and execute joint GTM motions across multiple partner types (OEM, co-sell, embedded infrastructure, referral, marketplace). - Build business cases and coordinate internal alignment to accelerate deal progression. - Maintain structured partner pipeline and reporting using Salesforce, Notion, Gong. - Drive outbound engagement with tailored messaging, presentations, value propositions. - Collaborate with Solutions Architects and Product Marketing Managers to onboard partners enabling GTM success. - Codify scalable playbooks and onboarding flows across key partner segments. - Capture partner feedback to inform product, marketing, and enablement plans. - Coordinate cross-functional activation to ensure partner readiness. - Maintain >90% forecast accuracy across partnerships. - Identify revenue risks and surface blockers with mitigation plans. - Partner with Revenue Operations to improve attribution, reporting, and visibility into partner impact.
