This fully remote position has an HQ in Miami, Florida. As a Business Development Representative (Web3), you will engage with blockchain protocols, dApps, DAOs, infrastructure providers, and other Web3-native organizations. You will own the top of the sales funnel, driving outbound prospecting, qualifying inbound leads, and setting up discovery calls, contributing to QuickNode's success in the Web3 ecosystem with rapid growth potential.
Responsibilities
Conduct strategic outbound prospecting to Web3-native and crypto-adjacent teams using platforms like Discord, Telegram, Twitter, Farcaster, and LinkedIn. Qualify inbound leads from blockchain projects, DAO contributors, NFT communities, and other decentralized organizations. Meet with developers, founders, and ecosystem leads to understand technical goals and assess fit. Book and confirm discovery meetings applying frameworks like BANT or MEDDICC. Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Marketing to refine outbound strategy tailored to Web3 verticals such as DeFi, NFTs, L2s. Capture and share customer feedback with internal teams to help shape product development. Maintain clean data in CRM (Salesforce) and track outreach KPIs. Meet or exceed targets for outreach, meetings set, and pipeline growth.
