Description

The Sales Team is expanding with a Business Development Representative (Web3) role to engage innovative teams in decentralized technologies, including blockchain protocols, dApps, DAOs, and infrastructure providers. This role is critical to driving outbound lead generation, qualifying inbound Web3 leads, and setting quality discovery calls, offering rapid growth opportunities in a fast-evolving space.
Responsibilities
Conduct strategic outbound prospecting to Web3-native teams and crypto-adjacent companies using platforms such as Discord, Telegram, Twitter, Farcaster, and LinkedIn. Qualify inbound leads from blockchain projects, DAO contributors, NFT communities, and decentralized organizations. Meet with developers, founders, and ecosystem leads to understand technical goals and assess product fit. Book and confirm high-quality discovery meetings applying frameworks like BANT or MEDDICC. Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams to tailor outbound strategies for Web3 verticals including DeFi, NFTs, and Layer 2 solutions. Capture and relay customer feedback to internal teams for product development insights. Maintain accurate tracking in CRM tools like Salesforce and ensure data hygiene. Achieve or surpass KPIs related to outreach efforts, meetings set, and opportunity pipeline growth.
