The DAO is engaged in open-source development with over 100 repositories and boasts a leading position in volume among DEX aggregators. The role is fully remote with preference for candidates in Europe or +/- 4 hours CEST. The Business Development Team Lead will develop and execute BD strategy, lead a growing team, and manage key partnerships with consumer financial apps, institutional players, and DeFi protocols. This senior position requires hands-on involvement, strategic thinking, and the ability to communicate complex blockchain concepts effectively. The role includes responsibilities such as navigating complex sales cycles, crafting sales enablement materials, tracking initiatives, representing CoW DAO externally, mentoring, and budget management. Candidates should hold significant experience in BD or sales within fintech, DeFi, or Web3; be skilled in enterprise sales, complex negotiations, and have strong communication skills. Develop sales enablement materials and influence maps. Track and report BD initiatives. Incorporate market insights into product roadmaps. Represent the company at industry events. Manage budgets for BD activities. Mentor and coach team members to enhance skills and collaboration.
