The Business Development Team Lead will develop and execute BD strategy, lead a growing team, and manage key partnerships with consumer financial apps, institutional players, and DeFi protocols. This senior position requires hands-on involvement, strategic thinking, and the ability to communicate complex blockchain concepts effectively. The role includes responsibilities such as navigating complex sales cycles, crafting sales enablement materials, tracking initiatives, representing CoW DAO externally, mentoring, and budget management. Candidates should hold significant experience in BD or sales within fintech, DeFi, or Web3; be skilled in enterprise sales, complex negotiations, and have strong communication skills. Entrepreneurial spirit and willingness to operate in decentralized teams are important. Experience with consumer fintech, institutional finance, and technical knowledge of blockchain concepts are desirable.
