This full-time position is worldwide, preferably in Pacific Time zone, to lead and grow Sahara's global community and oversee community-focused initiatives.

- Build and lead global community growth and engagement strategies to drive product adoption and usage. - Design, develop, and implement global programs, including the Ambassador Program. - Organize and host community events such as Twitter Spaces, AMAs, and gatherings. - Collaborate with internal teams to define audiences, research trends, and apply best community management practices. - Monitor and analyze community metrics to refine strategy. - Work with content teams on creative posts, visuals, and videos matching Sahara's brand voice. - Manage and grow a global team of Community Managers, Moderators, and Ambassadors. - Partner with third parties, internal teams, and leadership to ensure smooth execution of initiatives.
