TaskRabbit is a marketplace platform that connects people with Taskers to handle home tasks like furniture assembly, handyman work, moving help, and more. We are a remote-first company with a collaborative, pragmatic, and fast-paced culture that values innovation, inclusion, and hard work. Partnering with IKEA, we create opportunities for people to earn meaningful income by building lasting client relationships globally. The Customer Support Advocate will handle customer queries aiming for one-touch resolution, working primarily via chat, email, or phone. The role requires participation in team meetings, 1:1s, and company-wide learning opportunities. We value empathy, efficiency, excellent communication, tech-curious mindset, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment. The position requires full-time availability including weekends and holidays, with a targeted start date of September 8, 2025. Our compensation is transparent with a base hourly pay of $17.50 plus bonus and benefits, including employer-paid health insurance, 401k match, flexible time off, wellness and education stipends, and IKEA discounts. Responsibilities
- Assist users throughout their experience on TaskRabbit's marketplace. - Efficiently resolve user issues via live channels, meeting KPIs for customer satisfaction, productivity, and accuracy. - Build trust with users, providing exceptional, timely first-time resolution. - Proactively ensure outstanding service and solve issues using knowledge and experience. - Identify trends and offer constructive feedback to relevant teams. - Respond efficiently to new challenges, ambiguity, and urgent matters. - Advocate for customers, identifying needs and driving continuous improvement. - Perform additional duties as needed within the Customer Support scope.
