The role of Developer Advocate focuses on supporting technology partners in building integrations and engaging the broader developer community. This hybrid role involves providing technical guidance on APIs and integrations, creating tutorials, maintaining the Developer Portal and SDKs, and cultivating a vibrant developer ecosystem. The role requires advocating for developers internally and participating actively in online developer communities.
Responsibilities
- Support and guide partners and developers in building, testing, and optimizing integrations with Aircall. - Maintain and expand the Developer Portal, SDKs, and public API resources. - Develop code samples, tutorials, and technical content to empower developers. - Collect developer feedback and advocate for improvements within the company. - Scale developer relations efforts to reach and support a growing developer audience. - Engage in developer forums, social media groups, and online communities.
