As part of the Compliance Operations Quality Assurance team, you will conduct QA audits on Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) cases working closely with production teams from CX and Compliance. Your responsibilities include auditing EDD and KYC activities, identifying improvements for complaint program execution, training new analysts, presenting metrics, and providing insights via feedback loops. The role involves complex audits impacting Compliance Operations, root cause analysis, procedural improvement suggestions, training, collaborating with Data Analytics, Financial Crime Compliance, and other teams, and applying regulatory knowledge to complex case reviews. This full-time role is UK based with a salary range of £55,620—£61,800 per year, plus target bonus, equity, and benefits including medical, dental, and vision. - Perform QA reviews of EDD cases using quality rubrics ensuring compliance with guidelines. - Lead calibration sessions and office hours to support QA analysts. - Conduct 2LoD reviews and respond timely to findings. - Execute root cause analysis on thematic issues. - Identify procedural gaps and propose solutions. - Train new QA and QC team members and validate their practice cases. - Collaborate with Data Analytics, Escalations, Financial Crime Compliance, and L&D teams to improve workflows. - Present QA insights and recommendations to drive positive change via metrics and dashboards. - Provide feedback to improve clarity and execution of procedures. - Support agents on complex procedural queries. - Undertake complex audits impacting Compliance Operations. - Apply regulatory knowledge in reviewing complex cases.
