The role is for a Level 1 IT Support Engineer who serves as the first line of support mainly for Apple MacBooks and some Windows devices to be rolled out in Q3 2025. Responsibilities include troubleshooting MacOS, MDM management via Mosyle, software apps, network connectivity, and Office365 services. The candidate will assist in onboarding employees, maintain technical documentation, manage hardware/software inventory, and support the IT team in projects. Responsibilities
- Provide first-line support for Apple devices (MacBook, iPhones) and limited Windows PCs. - Troubleshoot MacOS, MDM (Mosyle), software, and network issues. - Support Office365 including email, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint. - Configure new Mac devices with user profiles, applications, and network settings. - Manage MacOS and iOS MDM policies and profiles through Mosyle. - Troubleshoot Mosyle enrollment, updates, app deployments, and security. - Provide basic Windows OS and software troubleshooting. - Support common software like Microsoft Office and Adobe across platforms. - Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base. - Monitor helpdesk tickets and escalate as needed. - Ensure devices comply with company standards. - Assist onboarding new employees with device and account setup. - Track hardware and software inventory. - Participate in IT projects alongside the team.
