Agents will guide prospective students through the admissions process and support currently enrolled students throughout their academic journey. The position is fully remote and full-time, with alternative schedules, requiring work during evenings and weekends. Applicants will be considered for both Admissions Counselor and Academic Advisor positions, with the university matching candidates' skills and experiences to the most suitable role. Candidates must have a background in sales or customer acquisition (preferred), progression towards a college degree (required), and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. The role involves significant interaction via phone and email, supporting students and their families, handling inquiries, and providing solutions. A reliable wired broadband internet connection is necessary.

As an Enrollment Call Center Agent: Admissions Counselor: - Provide exceptional customer service to students and university employees primarily through phone and email communication. - Convert prospective students to enrolled students by managing inquiries and applications. - Answer complex questions regarding admissions, academic policies, and curriculum. - Counsel applicants on admission requirements, placement test scores, and transcript evaluations. - Record contact information in management systems and register new applicants. - Troubleshoot Online Academy issues and facilitate enrollment meetings. Academic Advisor: - Provide exceptional customer service to students and university employees mostly via phone and email. - Navigate and resolve student/parent issues in a timely and accurate manner. - Build rapport to enhance retention. - Use multiple systems and resources to assist students. - May work evenings/weekends as scheduled.
