As a Functional Consultant specialized in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) Finance module, you will lead financial process implementation, optimization, and support for clients. You act as a crucial liaison between technical teams and business users to deliver ERP solutions aligned with strategic company needs.
Responsibilities
- Analyze clients' business needs and translate them into functional solutions within the D365 F&O Finance module. - Participate in all project phases including analysis, design, configuration, testing, training, and go-live. - Configure and customize Finance module components: general ledger, accounts receivable/payable, fixed assets, cash management, budgeting, and period closing. - Develop and maintain functional documentation such as specifications, user guides, and procedures. - Provide training and post-deployment support to end-users. - Collaborate closely with technical teams (developers, architects) to ensure integration and solution consistency. - Keep updated on module features and best practices. - Contribute to continuous process improvement and change management at client sites.
