The Principal Developer, ERP Development, reporting to the Manager of Technical Excellence, is a key member of the Microsoft Technology Solutions team. In this technical leadership role, you will translate business requirements into robust solutions, mentor development resources, and ensure high-quality delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 development projects. Responsibilities include guiding developers with mentorship, collaborating with consultants, leading end-to-end Dynamics 365 solution development and post-launch support, analyzing business needs into technical architectures, conducting rigorous code reviews, and managing deployment processes. Minimum qualifications include a bachelor's degree in software engineering or computer science with at least five years ERP development experience, strong knowledge of object-oriented programming and software development lifecycle, and experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (AX) is a plus. Strong leadership, analytical skills, business acumen, and bilingual communication in French and English for North American clients are required.
