The Product Marketing Manager will support QuickNode’s growing team to better communicate the value of QuickNode’s products to customers by deeply understanding customers through interviews, sales calls, and feedback loops. They will work closely with Product, Marketing, and Sales teams to shape positioning and messaging that addresses customer pain points and solutions. The role focuses on translating customer insights into compelling positioning and messaging, creating customer-facing content, coordinating go-to-market activities, supporting marketing campaigns tailored to segments, organizing engagement events, and tracking campaign performance to refine strategies. - Lead customer research through interviews, surveys, support tickets, sales calls, and usage data. - Translate customer insights into solution-focused positioning and messaging. - Partner with Product and Marketing teams to communicate product "why" and problem-solving capabilities. - Create customer-facing collateral such as one-pagers, case studies, and landing pages. - Collaborate with Sales to align messaging with field resonance and identify collateral needs. - Coordinate go-to-market activities for product launches and feature updates. - Support marketing campaigns targeted at specific segments with focus on personalization. - Assist in organizing webinars, events, and educational formats to drive engagement. - Track and report campaign and messaging performance for continuous improvement.
