Adecco Group is seeking a Project Coordinator Specialist I to support business operations and management in a remote role based in San Francisco, CA. This temporary contract/temporary position requires experienced professionals to work 35 hours per week on an alternative full-time schedule, primarily Monday through Friday between 8am and 6pm, with possible weekend shifts. Responsibilities include supporting delivery service fulfillment, driving compliance to dropoff expectations, conducting photo reviews to train a Machine Learning verification model, grading dropoff photos, uploading photo scores, outreach to Dashers for feedback, assisting with Dropoff Intelligence workflows, and outreach to customers for dropoff instruction improvements. Candidates must have proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, strong project management, organizational, and communication skills, as well as attention to detail. A college degree is preferred. Previous experience with parcel delivery monitoring or logistics data entry is a plus. Benefits include health, dental, vision, life insurance, retirement savings, disability, and paid leave.
