The Project Management Coordinator (contractor) plays a vital role within the Enterprise PMO of Stride, Inc., providing coordination, administrative, and analytical support to multiple projects or project phases. This 100% remote role (US-based) is ideal for organized and proactive individuals at the start of their project management careers. The coordinator assists Project Managers with project planning, tracking progress, communicating updates, and supporting change management efforts. Responsibilities include recordkeeping, creating status reports, risk tracking, process improvement, and maintaining resource forecasts. The work involves collaboration across teams, supporting PMO leadership, and handling multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. This temporary/contractor role is employed via Randstad, with an hourly wage between $20 and $24; health insurance, retirement, and paid time off are included for eligible employees. Applicants must clear a background check and be legally able to work in the United States. Prior experience in education technology, familiarity with project management tools like Jira, Asana, or Smart Sheets, and understanding of project budgeting are preferred, but not required.

• Record and organize project documentation, stakeholder requirements, and constraints • Support Project Managers with developing detailed project plans and milestones • Assist with change management and communication plans to keep stakeholders engaged • Prepare and maintain weekly project status reports • Monitor schedules, budgets, and escalate issues in a timely manner • Track project risks/issues and recommend operational improvements • Provide system/tool support for project management activities • Maintain forecasts and track resource allocations/contracts • Complete special assignments as directed by leadership • Participate in cross-functional teams and support multiple projects under strict deadlines
