The Project Manager / Business Analyst role involves managing the full change lifecycle including requirements gathering, project planning, risk and issue management, and reporting. The role requires coordinating activities across multiple teams such as Front Office, Operations, Technology, and other support partners. It also includes working with end users to define functional requirements, preparing and managing User Acceptance Testing (UAT), tracking delivery status, and ensuring adherence to enterprise change management standards. Candidates will get to work on challenging projects including UI/UX transformation, Blockchain, AI/Data Science, Cloud migrations, Cyber-Security, and Engineering. There is an 80% chance of project extension or redeployment to other clients. Opportunities to learn new technologies through the in-house training arm, Cognixia, are provided. The position is a contract role based in New York, NY, USA, specifically at 1100 Ave of the Americas.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate activities across Front Office, Operations, Technology, and support partners as the change lead. - Define functional requirements with end users and prepare for User Acceptance Testing. - Manage User Acceptance Testing execution and production parallel activities. - Track and communicate delivery status. - Identify and manage project risks and issues. - Adhere to enterprise change management standards.
