Description

The role is for a Regional Business Director (RBD) in Dermatology for the Gulf Coast region, responsible for leading a sales team of 7 to 10 people. The RBD reports to the Zone Business Director, South Zone, managing sales efforts for the Dupixent franchise. This is a field-based leadership role focusing on executing national sales strategies in a competitive market. The position requires collaboration with sales leadership, Regeneron (alliance partner), and multiple internal teams to achieve sales goals, develop business plans, oversee promotional activities, and foster an inclusive culture. The role also includes ~70-80% travel within the Gulf Coast region including AL, MS, TN, and LA areas.

Responsibilities

- Lead, motivate, train, and develop a team of Area Business Managers to exceed business goals. - Oversee all sales aspects, managed markets pull-through, local speaker development, promotional programming, and budget management. - Develop and implement regional business plans aligned with national sales goals. - Prepare business reviews for senior leadership. - Be an expert in clinical data, disease state, and market trends relevant to Dupixent. - Spend majority of time in the field supporting team development and providing coaching. - Establish and maintain positive relationships with internal and external key customers. - Collaborate across departments and with Regeneron sales leadership to meet objectives. - Ensure compliance with regulatory and legal standards. - Foster a diverse and inclusive work environment. - Set objectives, mentor, assess performance, and develop future leaders. - Travel 70-80% within the assigned region.
