In this role, you will lead efforts in building a world-class developer experience at Rula. You will own the strategy, frameworks, and tooling that power efficient software delivery — from CI/CD pipelines and non-production environments to the internal Developer Portal. You will partner closely with Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) to co-own our cloud infrastructure, defining standards, practices, and architecture that ensure services are secure, scalable, and reliable across all environments. This highly cross-functional leadership role entails working with product engineering, platform teams, and stakeholders across the company to directly impact developer productivity, accelerate engineering velocity, and shape an environment where engineers can build and ship with speed, safety, and confidence.
