Description
Looking for a Product Manager with a passion for finance automation and strong analytical skills to lead Hopper's Finance Automation (FinAut) team, responsible for financial reporting and ledger consolidation. This role involves managing project priorities, process improvements, and output of a development team with high autonomy and accountability.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement FinAut roadmap in collaboration with Head of Finance Engineering and finance stakeholders. Identify projects for finance automation considering business risks and growth. Define and gather requirements for FinAut team projects. Manage daily engineering requests, prioritizing actions and shifting focus as needed. Track project status and provide finance perspective for technical plans. Own data integrity reporting of finance ledger for financial reporting, billing, reconciliation, and analysis. Communicate data issues and solutions effectively to technical and non-technical teams.
