You will work closely with developers and domain experts, ensure thorough and accurate documentation, and play a leadership role in documentation standards and mentoring other writers. Write, review, and maintain technical product documentation for multiple products. Interview developers and subject matter experts to collect information for documentation. Develop and maintain product and customer usage knowledge. Verify documentation usability against the product. Follow technical documentation standards. Identify and correct contradictions, omissions, and inaccuracies in documentation. Participate in and conduct technical reviews for documentation quality. Contribute to documentation procedures and standards. Collaborate on process improvements. Review, edit, and proofread materials. Train and lead less experienced writers.
