Description
Blockchain.com is a leader in the crypto industry since 2011, engaging in trading, bitcoin wallet services, crypto data, and institutional business. The Special Projects Lead role in Dallas partners with the executive team to drive strategy, analysis, and operational execution to scale global operations. This position blends strategic problem-solving with hands-on execution across diverse, high-impact initiatives, including cross-functional project leadership, process improvements, and experimental pilots to validate new business models. The role requires adaptability and collaboration across continents and product lines, supporting the company’s vision in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with executives on high-priority strategic and operational initiatives. - Develop expertise in Blockchain.com technology and crypto industry dynamics. - Manage projects across cross-functional teams ensuring timely delivery. - Temporarily own projects/functions pending permanent solutions. - Drive cross-functional process improvements to support scaling. - Track strategic goal progress and prepare executive updates. - Run experiments and pilots for new business/product ideas. - Respond promptly to unexpected challenges or urgent projects. - Provide structured analysis and modeling to support decisions and growth.
