This full-time role is based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, at the Global Technology Park, Block – C, Marathahalli Outer Ring Road, Devarabeesanahalli, LSI Entrance Road, Adarsh Palm Retreat, Bellandur. The Strategic Accounts Manager will be responsible for building professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts, coordinating company resources to meet account objectives, achieving sales volume targets, and leading joint strategic account planning involving performance objectives and financial targets over 1 and 3 year periods. The role also involves continuously assessing and validating customer needs, leading solution development to address those needs with cross-functional coordination, and maintaining high customer satisfaction ratings.
