Description

The Technical Operations Engineer will ensure the stability, reliability, and performance of production systems, with a focus on Web3/blockchain technologies. The role includes managing blockchain networks, troubleshooting complex Web3 issues, proactive system monitoring, incident and SLO management, automation and optimization, technical collaboration, and participating in 24/7 on-call support. QuickNode is backed by top investors such as Tiger Global, Y Combinator, SoftBank, and Seven Seven Six Fund, employing over 120 people worldwide.
Responsibilities
- Lead blockchain network deployment, optimization, and management - Resolve complex Web3 issues including log analysis and JSON-RPC debugging - Maintain monitoring solutions (Grafana, DataDog), identify performance bottlenecks - Define and enforce SLOs and SLAs for system reliability - Automate deployments and cloud infrastructure management using Ansible, Terraform, Kubernetes - Collaborate with support, infrastructure, and development teams - Participate in a rotating 24/7 on-call schedule to manage incidents
